Kristen Genovese

While basing her business on providing excellent service with a personal touch, Kristen has worked in numerous different segments of the mortgage industry.

In her high school years, she spent many summers assisting her mother with filing and audit preparations at the mortgage company her mother worked at. In her senior year of college, she started her career at CMS Mortgage (where she remains currently employed) as an assistant and Junior Processor to owner, Corrina Carter. Kristen has worked on the continuing education/pre-licensing aspect for CMS Consultants, owned by Corrina Carter, as well. She assisted with the digitalization of the courses and rewriting the pre-licensing textbook. In 2015, Kristen became a licensed loan originator and is now licensed in four states: District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. 
You can find Kristen featured over the years in the local Hampton Roads Realtor Association magazine where she continues to help educate her peers. She also continues to educate the younger generation on the important of preparing for your future through various High School programs and coaching through Junior Achievement. I am committed to bringing the next generation to understand the importance of homeownership.
